Dear SB Students, Parents, Families:
The Transportation Department continues to work hard to ensure your child is delivered to School and Home Safely every day.
Please see the routes posted below and continue to check your child's route weekly for changes during the first month of school. To ensure the safe and effective use of our buses we ask that parents/guardians have their child at the bus stop at least five minutes before the published stop time in the AM to ensure they are not missed, as we do not have the resources to go back to pick them up.
Also, for elementary parents/guardians who pick up their child(ren) at the published PM stop, if you could arrive at your child's stop at least five minutes early, it will help buses deliver every child on time. If a child is unable to be dropped off without the parent/guardian there, due to limited resources, we may need to ask you to meet the driver back at the school or at another bus stop along their route to pick them up.
For questions and concerns about transportation, please contact Stephanie Hyatt, Transportation Dispatcher. Stephanie is the point of contact for families with questions about transportation in-the-moment. She can be reached at 802-233-0673. You can also call the bus garage at 802-652-7479. For general questions, please reach out to Jean-Marie Clark, Operations Director, at jclark@sbschools.net.
Thank you for your continued support,
Sean McKenzie, Transportation Coordinator.
And the entire 2024-2025 Transportation staff.
