South Burlington School District has broken ground on the installation of its Zero Energy Modulars (ZEMs) at Rick Marcotte Central School and Orchard School. The ZEMs will be providing additional classroom space that is necessary due to over enrollment. Construction will continue through the summer with an expected opening date of late September.
