Check out this story from PBS about Big Picture and mentoring featuring Habitat for Aviation, a program at the Franklin County Airport, and the Women Build Planes project there. Two SBHS 11th graders, Calla Senesac and Miranda Gallagher, spend 5-7 hours, every Sunday, at the airport with a group of women and girls building a plane and learning a lot along the way.
