Dual Enrollment

Hello Rising Juniors and Rising Seniors!

You have the opportunity to take 2 college courses before you graduate from high school through the Dual Enrollment Program. This is a wonderful opportunity to get exposure to how college courses are run and to get some hands-on experience. You can take courses across several universities in our area, and you get credit on your SBHS transcript for each course you successfully complete! If you would like to take a class this summer or fall,  support will be available in the Counseling & Guidance Office during office hours 8:15-10:30 Friday, June 7th - Tuesday, June 11th. Here are the steps to help you register as well as some useful resources and information:

Sophomores/Rising Juniors: Once you have completed 10th grade, you are considered a junior and are able to take classes. You cannot begin classes before June 14th of this year (graduation)

Juniors/Rising Seniors:
Your dual enrollment course needs to be completed by the time you graduate next year. Yes, we are already talking about graduating!
